Site Structure

An Ondev Arrowhead website is made up of three main structured areas:

1. The public area, seen by all visitors to your site.
2. Master Control Panel. This password-protected area controls the look of the whole site, the contents of the pages, and the navigation structure.
3. Content Manager Control Panel. This is a password-protected area where the content of all pages can be created or altered.

Pages in the public area may also be 'hidden'. Viewing hidden pages requires a special login so you can control who can view them Ideal for private communication with staff, children or parents.

Pricing and Payment Options.

Option 1.

A one-off perpetual license fee of £500+VAT.
This covers installation, configuration, 1 year server rental, free upgrade package, and full set of user manuals.
£200+VAT server rental and support package per year, after 1st year.

Option 2.

An annual service fee of £300+VAT per year, for 3 years.
This covers 3 years server rental, free upgrade package and full set of user manuals.
£200+VAT server rental and support per year, after 3rd year.

Note:
Both options include activating or transferring your pre-registered ‘.sch.uk' domain name.

Training.

Training, if required, is charged at £200+VAT per half day session.

This is carried out on your own premises and the fee allows as many staff as you like to attend.

The majority of schools find a single session more than adequate.

Training can be split into a number of sessions at the end of the school day to avoid the need for staff cover.

Check the support forum in your Master Control Panel first, someone else may have the same problem and the answer may already be there. If not post your problem to the forum and one of our programmers will either post the solution or email you, or even arrange a visit to you if closer support is needed.

Product Upgrades and Enhancements

Your Ondev ArrowHead license entitles you to free same-version product upgrades and enhancements. You will be notified by email of significant upgrades, and provided details on how to get the upgrades applied to your site. (In most cases, we will do this for you.)
